Officer shot: Suspect's girlfriend speaks
Andrew Widman, a Fort Myers police officer, was shot and killed Friday morning. NBC2 spoke with the suspect's girlfriend and heard what she had to say about the shooting.

Skydiver suffers fatal mid-air collision
Officials with Air Adventure, a company that offers skydiving for first time jumpers as well as experienced skydivers, say one skydiver is dead after suffering a mid-air collision with another jumper.
Tropical Depression 3 forms
Officials with the National Hurricane Center in Miami say the third tropical depression of the season has formed. They have issued a tropical storm warning from South Santee River, South Carolina to Cape Hatteras, North Carolina.
Olympic art leaving SWFL for Beijing
Thirty pieces of artwork will travel from Fort Myers to Beijing as a part of a cultural exhibit for the 2008 Olympic Games. The artwork is from Olympic athletes across the globe thanks to the vision of former Fort Myers resident and Olympic great, the late Al Oerter.
